개인정보처리방침
NeoKIM App Lab(이하 “개발자”)은 냥냥 서바이벌(Purrdream, 이하 “앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 생각합니다. 이 방침은 Google Play에 배포하는 내부 테스트 버전 0.8.1, 0.8.2 및 0.9.0의 데이터 처리 방식에 적용됩니다.
1. 앱에서 처리하는 정보
현재 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처, 정확한 위치, 사진, 음성 및 광고 식별자를 앱을 통해 수집하거나 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 계정·친구·클라우드 저장·광고·인앱 결제 및 별도 이용 분석 SDK는 현재 내부 테스트 빌드에 연결되어 있지 않습니다.
게임 진행과 이어하기를 위한 출정 기록, 조작 연습 진행 상태, 효과음·조작·화면 효과 설정은 기기 내 앱 전용 저장 공간에 보관합니다. 이 정보는 게임 실행과 진행 복원에 사용하며 개발자 서버로 자동 업로드하지 않습니다.
2. 문의 시 제공하는 정보
이용자가 이메일로 문의하면 발신 이메일 주소와 이용자가 직접 적거나 첨부한 문의 내용, 오류 설명, 스크린샷 등을 받습니다. 해당 정보는 문의 응대와 문제 해결에만 이용합니다. 비밀번호, 결제수단 정보 및 불필요한 개인정보는 보내지 마세요.
문의 정보는 처리 목적이 달성되면 삭제합니다. 법령에 따른 보관 의무가 있는 경우에는 해당 기간 동안 보관한 후 삭제합니다.
3. 제3자 서비스와 정보 제공
개발자는 앱의 로컬 게임 기록을 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 현재 앱에는 AdMob, Firebase Analytics 또는 Google Play Games 로그인 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
Google Play와 Android는 앱 배포·업데이트·보안·오류 진단 과정에서 자체 정책 및 이용자 설정에 따라 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 개발자에게 앱 품질 통계나 오류 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다. 이는 앱이 별도의 분석 서버로 게임 기록을 전송하는 기능과 구분됩니다.
이 웹페이지는 GitHub Pages에 게시됩니다. 페이지를 방문하거나 이메일 서비스를 이용하면 해당 서비스 제공자가 접속 정보 등을 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리할 수 있습니다.
4. 권한과 보안
현재 앱은 카메라·마이크·연락처·위치 및 사진/공유 저장소 접근 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 인터넷 권한은 선언되어 있지만 현재 내부 테스트 빌드에는 운영 서버 연결이 없으며, 이 권한으로 개인정보나 플레이 기록을 자동 수집·전송하지 않습니다. 개인정보처리방침 링크는 이용자가 눌렀을 때 외부 브라우저에서 열립니다.
로컬 저장 정보는 Android의 앱 전용 저장 공간에서 관리하며 앱의 Android 자동 백업은 비활성화되어 있습니다. 문의 정보는 문의 처리에 필요한 범위에서만 접근하고 이용합니다.
5. 보관·삭제와 이용자 권리
로컬 게임 기록과 설정은 기기에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 보관됩니다. Android 설정 → 앱 → 냥냥 서바이벌 → 저장 공간에서 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 기기에 따라 메뉴 이름은 다를 수 있으며, 삭제한 게임 진행은 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다.
현재 내부 테스트 버전에는 서버 계정이 없어 별도의 계정 삭제 절차는 없습니다. 문의를 통해 제공한 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제 또는 처리 중지를 요청하려면 아래 연락처로 문의해 주세요. 개발자가 기기 내 게임 데이터를 원격으로 조회하거나 삭제할 수는 없습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
현재 앱은 이용자의 연령을 묻거나 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자가 문의 과정에서 아동의 개인정보가 전달된 사실을 알게 된 경우 아래 연락처로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
7. 방침 변경
계정, 온라인 기능, 광고, 결제 등 새로운 기능으로 개인정보 처리 방식이 달라지는 경우 해당 기능 제공 전에 이 방침과 필요한 앱 내 안내를 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이 페이지를 통해 안내하고, 필요한 경우 동의를 받습니다.

This policy applies to Google Play internal-test releases 0.8.1, 0.8.2 and 0.9.0.
1. Information processed by the app
The current app does not require an account or login. It does not collect or transmit your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, voice or advertising identifier to the developer. Accounts, friends, cloud saves, advertising, in-app purchases and separate analytics SDKs are not connected in this internal-test build.
Run checkpoints, tutorial progress and audio, input and visual preferences are stored in the app’s private storage on your device to run the game and restore progress. They are not automatically uploaded to a developer server.
2. Support inquiries
If you contact us by email, we receive your sender address and information you choose to include, such as a problem description or screenshot. We use it only to respond and resolve the issue. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. Inquiry information is deleted when its purpose is fulfilled, unless retention is required by applicable law.
3. Third-party services
We do not sell local game records or share them for advertising. The app currently does not include AdMob, Firebase Analytics or Google Play Games sign-in SDKs. Google Play and Android may process information for distribution, updates, security and diagnostics under their own policies and your settings, and may make app-quality statistics or error information available to developers.
This policy is hosted on GitHub Pages. Visiting it or using email may involve processing of connection or communication information by those providers under their own policies. See the Google Privacy Policy and GitHub Privacy Statement.
4. Permissions and security
The current app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos or shared storage. Internet permission is declared, but this internal-test build has no production server connection and does not use that permission to automatically collect or upload personal data or gameplay. The privacy-policy link opens in your browser only when you select it. Local files use Android app-private storage; Android automatic app backup is disabled. Access to support information is limited to handling the inquiry.
5. Retention, deletion and your rights
Local records remain until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Use Android Settings → Apps → 냥냥 서바이벌 → Storage to clear data; menu names vary. Deleted progress may not be recoverable. There is no server account in this build, so no separate account-deletion process is needed. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information you provided in an inquiry. We cannot remotely access or delete your local game files.
6. Children
The current app does not ask your age or knowingly collect children’s personal information. Parents or guardians may contact us to request deletion if a child’s personal information was provided in a support inquiry.
7. Changes
If future accounts, online features, advertising or purchases change our data practices, we will update this policy and relevant in-app notices before those features are provided. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, with consent obtained where required.
